About the Role: Snooze Mackay is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Consultant with a confident, genuine approach and a talent for building strong customer relationships. A deep commitment to providing expert sleep solutions is essential. This role is in addition to our already awesome team. Position Details: - Flexible work options: 3-4 days a week or full-time. - Shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. - Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is preferred - We can offer full-time, part-time, or casual hours for the right candidate. - Flexibility around weekends; you will not be required to work both days. Responsibilities: - Bring your energetic, can-do attitude with a passion for helping customers make the right homeware selection. - Merchandise bedrooms, operate computers, and walk the floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements: - Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred but not essential. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to understand and meet customer needs. - Enthusiasm for providing excellent service. - Team player with a positive attitude.- - Hunger to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
