Job details $42.85 Pens Daily overtime (10-12 hour shifts) Overtime paid at double time About the Client Our client is proudly Australian-owned and a key player in the road maintenance industry, specializing in asphalt and paving works across South-East Queensland. With a strong reputation for delivering quality projects, they are seeking experienced HC Truck Drivers to join their team in ongoing roles. Youll be meeting at their Crestmead yard and working alongside Profiling and Asphalt crews on various projects. What You Will Be Doing As an HC Truck Driver, your responsibilities will include: Operating HC Flocon Trucks to support asphalt and paving operations. Working alongside Profiling and Asphalt crews on various road maintenance projects. Adhering to strict safety and operational procedures in line with National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (NHVR) and Chain of Responsibility (COR) guidelines. Completing paperwork accurately and maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders. Shifts Times: Day Shift: 5am 5pm (10-12 hours) Night Shift: 5pm 5am (10-12 hours) What You Will Need To be successful in this role, you will require: Heavy Combination (HC) license. Construction White Card. Minimum 2 years experience operating heavy vehicles, preferably in road work within the construction industry. Strong understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (NHVR) and Chain of Responsibility (COR) regulations. Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, and occasionally away from home base. A clean driving record and dedication to safety. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol (D&A) test prior to starting.
