Located on the beautiful Sapphire coast, far south coast of NSW, Lagoon Street is still producing Australia's favourite cheese products – cheddar cheese, string cheese as well as butter. The position is Powder Packing Operator who is responsible for the effective operation of machinery and equipment that is used to package Whey Powder into 25kg and 1000kg bags. The candidate is required to be available Monday to Friday 6AM to 2PM. Responsibilities Operation of powder packaging plants Basic maintenance and troubleshooting during operation Accurate completion and recording of all quality, testing, and production-related documents. Ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures About you Valid forklift license (highly desirable) Computer literacy A team player Basic numeracy and literacy skills Ability to work under pressure Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
