About the role: As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer support and sales services. You’ll handle enquiries across phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. In addition to resolving customer issues and managing service requests, you’ll apply your sales acumen to onboard customers and promote the company’s solutions. With Part-Time opportunities available, this role offers flexibility and growth for driven professionals. The hours are between 8am - 6pm on a rotating roster Mondays and Tuesdays and 9am - 2pm on Saturdays. What You'll Do: • Process and manage service requests for major B2B clients. • Identify and respond to booking requests received via API in real-time or overnight. • Proactively contact customers to confirm bookings and finalise job details. • Verify customer information, including vehicle damage and service location details. • Offer pricing options for high insurance excess cases, including quoting retail prices for direct payments. • Schedule bookings efficiently and ensure seamless coordination. • Collaborate with branch managers and internal teams to address issues and enhance the customer experience. • Leverage your sales expertise to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. What You'll Need: We’re looking for motivated individuals with a passion for customer service and sales. To excel, you should possess: • Exceptional communication skills and a confident, professional demeanour. • Proven experience in customer service and a knack for resolving issues effectively. • Strong selling skills and the ability to identify customer needs. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease. • Intermediate computer skills and experience with API-based systems (preferred). • A customer-focused mindset coupled with outstanding organisational abilities.
