About the role We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join the our client’s team on a temporary full-time basis. This role is responsible for a range of customer service functions, including responding to account and general enquiries, as well as administrative duties related to residential and commercial accounts, property changes, and new property connections. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to our customers. The role is Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm based in Foster. After initial onboarding & system set-up, remote working conditions are available. The casual hourly rate on offer is $33. Please note that the role is subject to a current National Police Check or willingness to obtain. Duties Respond to customer enquiries regarding accounts and properties via telephone, email, and in person. Process property and customer-related information in corporate systems, ensuring accuracy of data. Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and systems. Provide support to the Customer Service team when required. Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in a high-paced customer service environment, with a focus on empathy and professionalism. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively contribute to team operations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with a diverse audience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with customer databases. A proactive and flexible approach to work with the ability to self-motivate and manage multiple tasks effectively.
