We are seeking a skilled and reliable HR Drivers to join a busy team conducting kerb side pickup of waste bins for a variety of councils around Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a side loader truck, ensuring timely collection and delivery of waste to transfer stations and tips. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a passion for driving, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Operate side loader waste trucks to transport waste from domestic locations to specified waste points. Navigate a range of municipal streets including tight and narrow locations in a safe manner. Perform routine prestart and shift end checks of the vehicle. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Requirements: Valid HR driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience with side arm loading waste disposal trucks. Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
