About the role As a Centre Administrator your role will be to provide efficient, effective, inclusive and respectful customer service and support to a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will work with the Centre Director to ensure the smooth administration of the centre, acting as a trusted advisor to families to ensure the administration of their child’s enrolment is hassle-free. About the team The SDN Beranga team is passionate and committed to providing and promoting inclusive practices across the Early Childhood Education and Care sector and take a strengths-based and family-centred approach to their work. The team work alongside SDN therapists who support children within the preschool space enhancing practices and outcomes for children as well upskilling educators’ knowledge. About you You will have a keen interest in working in early learning, familiarity with using computer systems, a passion for customer service and an enthusiasm for collaborating with our Family Engagement Team to ensure families journeys at SDN are smooth and hassle-free.
