Job Description PART TIME - 15 hours per week - 3 hour per day ( 10am to 1pm) ASAP Start Contract Role - Possibility to Extend NSW Government Agency Office Based - NO WFH Lidcombe Location Role: • Provide customer service and reception duties including visitor management, act as first point of contact, answer general enquiries and refer issues to appropriate officers in a timely and accurate manner. • Provide general administration support, including mail distribution and arranging couriers. • Manage business unit filing systems by creating, storing, retrieving and tracking files to ensure the accurate and safe storage of information. Challenges: • Balancing requests for information, multiple work tasks and competing deadlines in an environment with fluctuating demands. • Developing knowledge of policies and procedures that affect the workgroup, and having a broad understanding of major activities undertaken by the workgroup. Essential Criteria: • Well-developed customer service skills. • Demonstrated experience in reception or customer service style role, including experience in visitor management. • Experience in maintaining information management systems. • Desirable - demonstrated knowledge of human resources, records management, finance and administration policies, processes and procedures.
