Senior Process Control Engineer Roster: 8/6 Responsibilities: Designing and delivering process control systems for mine sites, fixed plant operations, power systems, non-process infrastructure, water systems, and new development projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner. Conducting design reviews and validation of various engineering designs and associated components. Resolving technical and design issues. Interpreting engineering drawings, documents, specifications, and scopes. Ensuring compliance with project management processes by stakeholders. Reviewing existing control systems and recommending upgrades or modifications for value improvement. Developing hardware and software standards and designing technical solutions. Deploying and commissioning automation technologies across operational and future projects to support business growth. Hands-on programming of PLC and SCADA systems. Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control Systems, or Mechatronics Engineering. 10 years of experience in control systems engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, or a similar role. Experience in HME/automotive systems is highly advantageous. Background in power and renewable energy projects is a strong asset. Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming. SCADA programming experience, including platforms like Ignition SCADA, Cimplicity, and WinCC. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols, such as MQTT, PROFINET, Profibus, and Modbus. Proficiency in system controllers and programming languages, such as Structured Text, Function Block, Ladder, C#, and VB. Experience in designing and developing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems and SCADA. Knowledge of Miri mapping and coding is advantageous.
