Seeking internal expressions of interest Temporary full-time opportunity (up to 5 months) Office location – Parramatta, with flexible working supported Clerk Grade 9/10, Salary relative to experience and ranges from $125,693.00 to $138,510.00 super The role The Senior Advisor, Learning Design will contribute to the development of learning content to enhance self-paced e-learning programs, virtual and face-to-face workshops, instructional videos and other interactive tools to develop staff capabilities. A key aspect in the role’s success is partnering with diverse stakeholders to manage consultations with varying expectations, viewpoints and interests. About you To be successful in the role you will have experience in the design of adult learning and technology enhanced learning resources, with experience in managing an LMS. You will also demonstrate knowledge of and current experience in a range of contemporary instructional design, blended learning development and assessment strategies. The successful candidate will also demonstrate experience: Using Articulate 360, Powtoon, Camtasia and Canva Applying instructional design models and adult learning theories/ principals to the development of engaging learning solutions and resources. Administering and using a Learning Management System such as SAP SuccessFactors would be highly beneficial for this role Competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications – Word, Excel, Sway, PowerPoint For more information read the full Role Description: Senior Advisor Learning Design Key accountabilities Develop high quality inhouse e-learning and technology enabled solutions, centred in creative and innovative design, using authoring and other relevant design tools ensuring solutions accurately reflect training needs and support blended learning design. Work closely with subject matter experts to develop content using multiple IT and media platforms to provide self-paced e-learning, virtual and face to face workshops, instructional videos and other interactive tools to value add to the employee learning experience. Develop innovative and engaging collateral to support and enable capability uplift of the learner, e.g. storyboards, e-learning, presentations, learning guides and assessments. Source, evaluate and broker internal and external service providers to ensure e-learning modules, technology and associated LMS technology is compatible and appropriate, manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts and monitor service delivery.
