Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth workflows, accurate data management, and seamless coordination across departments. Working closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production, you’ll make a tangible impact on operational efficiency and team success. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, offering plenty of opportunity for growth and learning. DUTIES Coordinate purchase orders, stock receipting, and inventory management processes. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve scheduling, product, and quality issues. Manage interstate stock transfers and liaise with transport providers Log and report operational downtime and assist in production planning Support Health and Safety initiatives and ensure compliance with protocols Organise maintenance, repairs, and ensure proper documentation. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2-3 years’ experience in a production or logistics environment. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Ability to manage transport logistics and inventory reconciliations. Knowledge of HSE, EPA, or hazardous substance handling (desirable). A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
