Key Skill requirements: Able to Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Server & RHEL operating systems. Hands on experience on OS patch management to ensure system security and stability on Windows Server and RHEL boxes. Able to provide technical support to diagnose and resolve issues like OS hang, performance issues, network connectivity issues, access issues and similar. Able to configure and manage user permissions and access controls across Windows Server and RHEL boxes. Well versed with the core setup and usage understanding of VMware technology and vRA automation tool. Candidate should be able to create new VMs, attach NIC cards, assign metadata & tags, add/remove/modify disks, move VM from one ESXi host to another and similar VMware operational tasks. Experience with AWS EC2, AWS database, AWS S3 bucket and other AWS components will be a bonus. Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., ITIL,AWS, VMware, MCITP, RHEL). Must be Australian Citizen with minimum of Baseline clearance. Able to monitor and analyze the performance of IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement. Able to develop and manage incident and problem management processes to ensure rapid resolution of IT issues. Facilitate & represent team for escalated P1 and P2 incidents. Working knowledge of SCCM and MECM. able to work on a shift based mode and available on-call Additional Requirements: Security Clearance Requirement : Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance. This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations. On-call and Shift Expectations: This position is primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.
