Job Description Join our high performing, and expanding Managed Services Team Employer of Choice winner for 9 years in a row High Profile Resource Client We have an exciting opportunity for a new Senior Systems Engineer to provide Level 3 operational support, installation and configuration to our customer's systems, software and infrastructure within our Managed Services Business. Due to a promotion within the team, this varied, challenging role has a balanced blend of BAU and project work. What will I be doing? Managing and resolving customer incidents, problems and requests to required service level targets in a hands-on customer facing technical role Ensuring established Service Levels are maintained against pre-determined SLA’s Providing the escalation point for functional teams for technical resolution of all related incidents and/or tasks Work on infrastructure upgrades, implementations, outages & refresh programs Day to day management of the technical solutions to ensure that they continue to meet business requirements Managing and planning regular patch management, scheduled maintenance, verify backups and upgrades with the team Manage time in a manner to ensure all tasks are completed within specified time frames Accurately and consistently perform general administration and management of supported environments Maintaining a detailed understanding of appropriate products and services Coordinating and working with internal team resources and vendors as required Assisting other team members with any technical challenges, guiding them to resolution Operating within ITIL service management processes including incident, problem and change management This role is required to perform "on call" work and be part of the "on call" roster for Managed Services Engineering Team. Experience Minimum 6 - 8 years’ experience in an IT environment Strong experience in Azure Technologies Strong experience in Office365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc Strong experience with PKI, ADCS Cert Services Some experience with RHEL/Linux Experience with Network Technologies Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, TCP/IP Server Platforms – Windows Server 2003, 2008/2008R2, 2012, 2016, 2019 Microsoft Exchange VMWare vSphere Citrix Suite Microsoft Hyper-V Strong Group Policy Administration Experience in ServiceNow Ticket management system Demonstrated experience in the provision of technical services to the client Demonstrated work history of ethical business practice You have ITIL Certification or strong experience working in an ITIL framework environment Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers at all organisational levels Who is Data3?
