Benefits Base salary of $80-85k Super Innovative environment Flexible workplace About the role Your main responsibilities as a Service Administrator include: To manage purchase orders from creation to completion Fulfill administrative tasks to support Technical Services Assign service calls to engineers & escalate unresolved customers enquiries Build strong relationships with the engineers to build towards business goals Analyse data to identify trends and offer recommendations to leadership To be successful, you will possess the following: Tertiary education is desirable, and a current driver's license is essential 2 years of experience in service administration is essential Basic skills in MS Office Suite applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Exceptional ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively Capability to work both independently and collaboratively A strong passion and proven track record for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction Momentum is innovative, results-driven & customer-focused.
