My People Solutions Recruitment & Labour Hire Agency has been experiencing strong growth, especially in their Healthcare Solutions team. The team has a new opportunity for an experienced client coordinator / workforce shift scheduler to roster nurses & care workers to regular and short notice shifts and build engaging and trusted relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities include: Developing trusted and ongoing stakeholder relationships with clients, permanent & casual workers. Managing daily and weekly shift rostering of nurses and care workers. Quickly & efficiently identify and reallocate staff resources, when needed. Keeping workforce and scheduling database current and up to date. Monitor nurses and care worker ongoing compliance (e.g., checking shift notes are compliant, professional development and training is up to date and documentation and certifications are current). Provide general administrative support to the recruitment teams, as required. Relevant ad-hoc duties, as required. Requirements The ideal person is a specialist in rostering high volumes of casual workers and has experience of working in the Healthcare sector, preferably with a nursing or care worker agency and / or NDIS clients. You will be naturally organised and have experience of using a range of scheduling software and staff management tools, but also be an out the box thinker and enjoy problem solving with the stamina and determination to always deliver the best client solutions. You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be a highly skilled communicator able to quickly build relationships and rapport with clients and workers and most importantly you must be committed to delivering exceptional market leading customer service. Specifically, you will need: Experience in agency-based casual workforce scheduling and rostering, with previous experience of working in the healthcare / NDIS sector being highly regarded. Good system skills and knowledge of (MS window, Excel & Power Point) with knowledge of Zoho & Brevity being highly regarded. Highly proficient verbal & written communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Skills to be able to utilize and update staff scheduling database to gain the maximum value from the people and rostering tools. Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work, able to manage to manage often competing requests for resources. Effective numerical, critical thinking and analytical skill. Confidence dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities.
