(pro-rata) Permanent Part-time position available working 30 hours per week, over a 24/7 hour rotating roster Overview The Administration Officer - Accident & Emergency will contribute to the provision of a high quality, confidential, customer focused administrative service to clients, staff and visitors of the Emergency Department at the Gawler Health Service. Your duties will include the provision of a reception service, admission and discharge of patients, preparing and running patient/client information reports, word processing, data entry, medical record administrative services and the provision of clerical and administrative support. Your commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality will go hand in hand with your ability to demonstrate courtesy, discretion and sensitivity in dealing with telephone and personal enquiries.
