Sydney Ancillary Areas Permanent Our client is a leading Australian-owned financial services and insurance broking business based in the Sydney CBD seeking an additional Executive support staff member to join their team. As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing extensive administrative support for the business’ senior management. This role will be hired on a part time basis with work hours of 9am to 3pm (5 days a week) with the added flexibility of 1 day working from home if desired. Responsibilities may Include: Personal administrative support to a senior business executive, including external business and property affairs. Processing expenses and coordinating and scheduling of meetings and conference calls across. Answering phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinating internal/external meetings and VCs. Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including: Domestic and International flight and accommodation bookings. Taking on ad hoc tasks when recquired including Sydney based travel. Experience: This role would suit an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant looking for working flexibility and a Part Time role in a CBD based corporate environment. Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel skills and writing skills. Full Drivers license required.
