As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for re-establishing contact with leads from our extensive database and scheduling appointments for our financial experts. You’ll utilise a dialler system and follow scripts but are encouraged to use your intuition to adapt and engage effectively. What you will be doing? Working on a dialler system to make outbound calls to warm leads followinf the provided scripts, with the flexibility to move away from the script when appropriate. Conduct comprehensive fact-finding sessions with qualified leads. Booking 5 high-quality appointments per day and conduct 1 fact find per day. Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to relevant stakeholders. What do you bring? 2 years of experience in an Appointment Setter, Sales or similar position. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and intuitively. Experience working in a KPI & target driven organisation. Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
