In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential members who have enquired about our services. Your main responsibility will be to assist these members through the sign-up process and ensure all their documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Your new role Respond to enquiries from potential members via phone and email. Guide potential members through the sign-up process. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Maintain detailed records of interactions with potential members. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
