Job Description Customer Relations: Build and maintain exceptional relationships with customers, agents, and clients, managing inquiries and leads with outstanding professionalism and responsiveness. Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and manage import/export documentation, ensuring accuracy and strict regulatory compliance at all times. Shipment Coordination: Collaborate with top-tier freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange and track shipments, ensuring timely customs clearance and on-time delivery. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, purchasing, and finance teams to align import/export operations with broader business objectives, driving efficiency and success across departments. Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive, accurate records for audits and compliance purposes, ensuring the integrity and completeness of documentation. The Successful Applicant A successful Logistics Administrative Clerk should have: 1-2 years of administration experience, ideally in import/export or logistics, with a track record of exceeding expectations. Knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance and tariff classifications is highly desirable. Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, or third-party logistics providers is a plus. Exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance. Proficiency in MS Office, quick to adapt to new systems and technologies. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
