Our client, a major State Government Department is looking for an ICT trainer/instructional designer to work closely with the Agile project team as they implement Salesforce This is a 6 month contract with strong chance of extension, located Melbourne CBD, 3 days WFH each week. Max rate $600/day inc super Responsibilities: As a key member of the Agile project team, develop and maintain training materials in various formats, including quick reference guides, ‘how to’ videos, and user guides, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs Identify and escalate risks to meet project objectives, streamline system adoption, and enhance user proficiency. Create and refine system and tool-based training materials to support end users. Collaborate closely with the Change Lead to align training strategies with organizational change objectives. Coordinate and facilitate end-user training sessions to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of end-user training to identify improvement opportunities. Provide coaching for team leaders and managers to strengthen leadership capabilities. Deliver coaching for executive leadership with a focus on new ways of working and team responsibilities. Ensure the availability, organization, and accessibility of training assets for the team. Required skills: 3 years experience as an instructional designer Proven experience working directly within an Agile project team and participating actively in Scrum practices and ceremonies. Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering tangible outcomes within Agile projects, beyond strategic planning or business-as-usual (BAU) activities. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to translate strategic plans into actionable deliverables. Ability to develop and deliver training materials, including guides and videos, based on stakeholder needs. Strong facilitation skills for end-user training sessions and system adoption.
