About the Role As the People and Culture Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture team. Your responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Assisting with employee records management and maintaining data accuracy. Coordinating training sessions, meetings, and team events. Assisting with compliance requirements, including policies and procedures. Responding to employee inquiries and providing exceptional customer focused service. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role (desirable but not essential). Previous experience in Health is advantaged but not essential.
