They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Client Service Manager to join the team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, providing first-class administrative support, and ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner. What Do You Need? Previous experience in a similar client service role within insurance, wealth, or financial services. Strong knowledge of insurance and wealth management products. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively. High attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. What Do You Do? Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support. Manage client queries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Coordinate and process client documentation, including insurance and wealth management paperwork. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services. Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date records. Provide administrative support to advisers, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings.
