ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This is a brand new $25mil industrial / retail project that kicks off in January you will be able to join and see through from start to finish. You will also get to work on the whole commercial function and put your stamp on the project. Working with an experienced PM who enjoys mentoring you will be shown what they do and help to develop the skills you personally need to make the step to a PM role yourself. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED A degree in construction management or similar plus experience managing / leading procurement, contracts and financial reporting.
