The ideal candidate will have experience onboarding, site induction training, and mobilising employees in the Mining, Ports, Rail and Infrastructure industries. If you have strong organisational skills and attention to detail we would love to hear from you. Experience in onboarding and organising site training would be advantages. Key responsibilities of this position include: Creating an exceptional onboarding journey for our employees, ensuring a seamless and speedy experience. Booking pre-employment medicals and QLD Coal Board medicals. Arranging QLD Coal induction bookings. Site induction bookings and on-site high-risk work authorisations. Ensuring ongoing compliance for new and existing workers. Maintain employee files across multiple internal and external systems. Update and maintain skills matrixes Develop training needs analysis for projects and shutdowns. Assist with operating the office phone. Experience required . Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent listening and communication skills with all levels of employees and management. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite. Previous experience in delivering support with onboarding, site training, and mobilisation (highly regarded). Familiarity with BMA and Glencore Site Induction processes and procedures (highly regarded). Familiarity with Reshealth / QLD Coal board medicals (highly regarded).
