Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an Employee Engagement Administrator. Offered on a full time permanent basis this position is based at our new CBD Head Office. THE ROLE As an Employee Engagement coordinator, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring new blue-collar personnel have a first-class onboarding experience. You will manage the administration for a candidate onboarding process which promotes our values and aims to provide long term employment to new hires. Duties Include: Managing incoming calls to the Engagement Department and assisting when able or transferring them to the relevant team member Managing the Engagement inbox and ensuring all queries are actioned in a timely manner Provide administrative support to the Engagement team as required Assist in the preparation and distribution of all necessary Engagement documents for new employees Organise new employees client/site inductions Process relevant forms and paperwork, ensuring all documents are completed and filed.
