This role offers the chance to manage a round of approximately 25 homes, ensuring top-notch quality and timely delivery in Perth’s southern suburbs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction activities and ensure progress aligns with schedules. Coordinate trades, suppliers, and material deliveries efficiently. Conduct quality assurance checks to meet building standards and specifications. Address and resolve site challenges promptly while maintaining strong client relationships. Ensure all works comply with OH&S standards and company policies. Provide regular progress updates to the Construction Manager and stakeholders. What You’ll Need: Demonstrated experience supervising single and double-storey home builds. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, trades, and suppliers effectively. Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications. Comprehensive understanding of Australian building codes and workplace safety regulations. Must be Perth-based with full Australian work rights.
