An opportunity has become available for a permanent full-time Receptionist with a well-established and highly reputable professional firm in Springfield. In this role, you will be responsible for front office operations, including: Responding to incoming calls and directing to appropriate area, ensuring a high standard of client service (and taking accurate messages as required) Maintaining a tidy and presentable office environment Distributing mail and receiving deliveries Records management Supporting the team with lodgement/discharge of securities Diary maintenance and meeting room bookings Stationery orders and maintaining office/kitchen supplies Providing general administrative support to the team To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate: Previous reception/administration experience with a proven customer service focus (frontline customer service experience answering telephones and greeting customers from other areas such as retail will also be considered) Confidence learning and using technology (including sound skills in MS Office) Fast and accurate keyboarding skills with strong attention to detail Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm Ideally, you will also have a current Drivers Licence (minor travel to post office/suppliers may be requested from time-to-time and a company vehicle would be made available for this purpose).
