Generous salary not-for-profit salary packaging RDO once a month and additional leave (8 weeks leave per year) 15% Superannuation Personal development allowance Unlimited access to EAP services Opportunities for development and career advancement About the role: Reporting to the Manager of Programs and Operations, the Administration and Operations Officer will ensure the smooth delivery of MATES programs by managing policies, procedures, and resources. You will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining internal policies, overseeing service provider contracts, resolving issues, and recommending process improvements. Additionally, the role involves supporting day-to-day operational administration, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance and efficiency across the organisation. Responsibilities: Oversee service providers (IT, EAP services, and outsourced HR), ensuring contract compliance and issue resolution. Develop and maintain company wide policies and procedures for compliance, efficiency, and risk management. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency. Project management implementation and day-to-day administration of support tools. Provide information and support to stakeholders and business leaders as needed. Support with occasional with minute-taking, meeting notes and meeting scheduling. Your skills and attributes: Previous experience in an office management or operational role with a high level of stakeholder engagement skills. Must have experience writing and updating policies and procedures. Familiarity with service provider administration and contract management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and Word for reporting and documentation. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Enjoys working on a variety of projects and activities across an organisation. Experience working within the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded Willingness to complete and pass a police check.
