This fast paced role will oversee all reception and front of house duties, as well assistance to the team of Property Managers with their administrative duties. You will be provided with great insight and experience into the real estate industry, and opportunity for career growth into Property Management. Key Responsibilities: Answering and directing all incoming calls Email correspondence Assisting all walk-in enquiries Ensuring the reception area is kept immaculate Assisting the Property Management with overflow administration Liaising with contractors and arranging keys and managing sign-out Key Requirements: Genuine interest in a career within the Property or Real Estate industry. Ability to multitask and prioritise. Ability to work independently but also as part of a team. Personable and professional phone manner. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
