About this work area As a Warehouse Inventory Co-worker, you will be responsible for but not limited to: • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory maintenance tasks. • Follow-up on inventory reports and thoroughly investigate any discrepancies. • Support with the replenishment of the store. • Demonstrating a safe and efficient approach to secure that all stock is in the right place at the right time. • Working with a hands-on approach in a fast paced and physically demanding team environment with tight deadlines. • Ensuring IKEA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of yourself and your co-workers.
