JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Warehouse Distribution and Inventory Officer The Company Kellogg Brown and Root (KBR) is a leading Defence and Government professional services provider. The Role KBRs Land Vehicle Systems Team is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Warehouse distribution and Inventory Officer to provide support to general stores and warehouse activities and Inventory Management tasks to our Land Domain customer - in an exciting and diverse role This position is based in Ipswich, Queensland and the successful applicant will require an active AGSVA security clearance on commencement. The Inventory Officer's responsibilities will include: Provide support to warehouse and distribution operations for Project tasks, co-located at Prime contractor facility in SEQLD General stores and warehouse duties Support acceptance activities of Commonwealth Materiel Conduct receipt and issue of stock to an appropriate delegatory level Assist the preparation and dispatch of Materiel Release deliveries, including coordination of QA checks and transport of Dangerous Goods Support upload of materiel to LOGIS systems (i.e MILIS & ERP) Support inventory movement between accounts Assist ADF units with receipt of equipment capabilities at associated locations Required Qualifications, Experience And Knowledge The successful candidate will be/have: A suitably Qualified Logistics Professional with a minimum of 3-5 years experience within the Defence industry. An Australian Citizen with a current Baseline or above AGSVA security clearance Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills A strong working knowledge of MILIS (Highly desirable).
