About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you will be a key player in creating exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets. Your role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, showcasing an in-depth knowledge of bedroom furniture and mattress products, and providing tailored recommendations. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your sales expertise and product knowledge in a supportive, team-focused environment. What You Will Do Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and build lasting relationships. Use your sales expertise to guide customers through a premium range of bedroom furniture and mattress products. Maintain a deep understanding of technical product features to confidently advise customers on furniture and mattress solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets, earning monthly commissions and an annual bonus. Contribute to a welcoming and professional store environment. Assist in general store operations, including merchandising and stock management. What You Will Bring Proven sales experience, ideally in bedroom furniture, mattresses, or other premium retail products. A mature, professional approach with a passion for consultative selling.
