Customer Service Officer - Transport Industry Temp to Perm Opportunity 8am to 4pm - Monday to Friday Commencing in February My client is a National Transport and logistics organisation based in the western suburbs & due to growth we are currently seeking an experienced customer service officer to work on a full time temp to perm basis. In this role, you will be responsible for: First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries Ensure the highest level of accuracy with customer requests and bookings. Communicate clearly and concisely to ensure customers receive correct information. Adhoc administration duties Making outbound calls to advise of completion of jobs Meeting KPI targets Liaising with operations to ensure prompt and efficient service To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous customer service experience (transport or logistics background preferred) Commitment to providing excellent customer service and administrative support Ability to work independently or as part of a team SAP experience preferred Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
