We are seeking to employ professional full time chef or our newly opening wine bar. We are A casual refined restaurant / wine bar on Kangaroo Island SA which is opening mid February. There will be times when you are working in the kitchen alone so you must have experience with basic kitchen organisation / food ordering and be capable to prepare cold dishes, hot dishes and deserts. This wine bar is the sister restaurant to Sunset Food and Wine, an established fine dining restaurant on Kangaroo Island. You will get support from the chef owner and his kitchen team. This is A full time salary position and salary will be based off of your experience and knowledge. You will be paid your salary super tips annual leave. Any extra days required to work are paid in full. Accommodation available.
