Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the VIC Sales Team to meet and exceed sales targets. - Provide ongoing training, development, and support to ensure team members are equipped for success. - Act as a mentor, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. - Maintain and grow your own client base, achieving personal revenue targets. - Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team to achieve collective success. - Host weekly sales meetings and one-on-one sessions with team members to provide guidance and track performance. - Monitor and report on sales performance, identify challenges, and implement solutions. - Work closely with Senior Management to provide market insights and contribute to strategic planning. - Support team in the quoting and specification process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to final specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 5.
