The Role Reporting into the Partners, the Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading the financial reporting, accounting, and planning requirements of the group and its related entities. In addition, you’ll oversee and manage the Real Estate trust accounting processes and provide ad-hoc commercial analysis and decision support as required. Duties & Responsibilities Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Preparation of month end and quarterly financial accounts and management reporting packs, including analysis. Assist with cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and planning. Payroll Processing. Oversee and maintain Trust Accounting processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Manage the Accounts Payable and Receivable processes. Support the year-end external Audit. Process and systems improvement, and ad-hoc projects and analysis. The Successful Candidate To be successful in the role you’ll have the following skills/experiences: CA/CPA qualified. Strong technical accounting and analytical skills. Sound understanding of accounting standards and Australian taxation issues. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
