Job details $57 per hour penalties Narangba Location About The Client Our client is the worlds leading supplier of ground support products, systems and solutions for the underground mining and tunnelling industry. They are currently seeking an Industrial Electrician to join their manufacturing team in Narangba. If the below sounds like you or would like further details, we want to hear from you What You Will Be Doing As an Industrial Electrician you will be required to complete works around the plant including preventative, breakdown and scheduled maintenance. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record working within industrial manufacturing and possess a great understanding in maintenance and improvement. Some of the works you will be conducting will include; PLC works Fault finding and diagnostics Wiring Light bulb changes New power point into existing circuits Old wiring replacement Rerouting Adding in emergency stops Isolation works (resistance and mutli) Meter system works Day shift and Afternoon shift on offer with the opportunity to choice from rotating roster or set roster. You may also be required to attend call out work (weekends) if required. Skills and knowledge Required Demonstrated Industry experience Must excel in a fast paced, agile environment where critical thinking, strong technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive and ready to embrace change Strong written and verbal skills Ability to resolve conflicts with desirable outcomes Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team Ability to take initiative Hands on a proactive approach What You Will Need Minimum 2 years experience working in a manufacturing/factory LVR Unrestricted Electrical Licence Confined Space (advantageous) EWP (advantageous) Drivers Licence with reliable transport Whats in it for you?
