Smithfield location initially, moving to Erskine Park early/mid 2025 Onsite Parking Supportive, friendly culture Our client, a leading Distributor, is seeking a Customer Service and Administration professional with 3PL experience to join their team. This role is based in Smithfield until early/mid 2025 and will then be relocating to Erskine Park. Thorough training will be provided and the training hours will be 8:00am to 4:00pm. Once the training period is complete the standard hours will be 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. There may be ongoing opportunities for the right candidate Duties will include but not be limited to: Processing customer orders in the system. Creating CHEP/LOSCAM transfer dockets Booking carriers to collect goods from depot through carriers portals Collating delivery paperwork for orders Answering phone calls from our customers. Responding to customer enquiries - via phone and/or email Facilitating drivers that arrive to site, creating inwards, providing collection paperwork. PODing/checking off runsheets. Admin checking of Inwards.
