About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Commercial Electrician with extensive solar installation experience to join a dynamic team on a full-time permanent basis. You will work on large-scale commercial solar projects, contributing to installations, upgrades, servicing, and more, ensuring all work is completed to the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Installing commercial solar systems (1MW) within project deadlines. Servicing and upgrading existing commercial installations. Diagnosing and resolving issues in solar PV systems. Conducting site inspections and preparing detailed reports. Completing job packs and compliance documentation. Collaborating with team members to meet operational goals. Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in commercial solar installations (essential). At least 5 years experience in the electrical industry. Proven leadership and team management abilities. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time. Proficiency in interpreting construction plans. Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes of Practice. Excellent client relationship and communication skills. Commitment to quality assurance and safe work practices. Attention to detail, time management, and a strong work ethic. Licences and Certifications: SAA Accreditation (Solar Accreditation Australia). QLD Electrical Licence. White Card. Working at Heights Certification (preferred). Valid QLD Drivers Licence. Whats in it for you?
