Working within our Assortment & Implementation team we’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead the visual merchandising (VM) implementation for our retail banners across our ANZ network. In this role, you will be responsible for translating our global guidelines on space allocation into actionable plans, ensuring the highest standards of store execution and local implementation. You will also oversee VM strategies for new store openings, relocations, and refurbishments, driving standardization and excellence across all projects within our store refurbishment program. Requirements for Success Ensure consistent in-store space management across all retail banners in ANZ Analyse and report on the performance of RSM activities, utilizing both local and global business metrics Lead special projects and initiatives within Retail Space Management (RSM), driving innovation and efficiency. Oversee high-profile store designs and experiential retail projects, collaborating with our Corporate Instore Design team Represent the local RSM perspective with global design and property teams, optimizing store layouts and aligning with brand positioning Manage collateral forecasting, inventory, and stockholding in line with the network plan, capex budget, and operational needs Maintain repository of fixtures, capacity, props and signage inventory of the network Optimise store layouts and planograms based on store segments, ensuring consistency in props through collaboration with supply chain and production partners Oversee forecasting, production, delivery, and inventory management of props, aligning with the network plan, capex budget, and purchase order processes Help develop the annual ANZ RSM strategy specific to each retail brand meeting brand ambitions Responsible for the retail brand RSM budgets to align with the brand ambitions Skills & Experience Previous experience with working with local prop suppliers or store experience/design specialized agencies 3 years’ experience in a marketing/visual merchandising role Demonstrated knowledge of store design and merchandising Previous responsibility for managing budgets and accountability for results Possess strong negotiating, influencing, planning, and project management skills.
