Your responsibilities will include: Office administration and coordination tasks for the Pirie Street office, including visitor management and the coordination of site events, VIP Visits and activities. Meet and greet employees, guests and other visitors Manage visitor building access passes, liaising with Security, including the submission and monitoring of visitor access requests Keep the reception area and meeting rooms neat and tidy Escort visitors and facilities contractors as required Assist with meeting room and car park bookings Manage catering arrangements for meetings, morning teas, and staff events, site POC for social club events Monitor office equipment and supplies (stationery, office/kitchen supplies, coffee machine, printer/copier) Manage post, couriers, and goods in/out, liaising with Facilities and Logistics Manage and update content for LMTV ADL channels Facilities administration and coordination tasks including: Space management (seating allocations) Facilities site observations, including floor walks and reporting building issues Organising new starter name plaques Provide general ad hoc administration support to the Facilities team as required General administration support tasks, including: Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks including creating/editing presentations, org charts Editing and production of the monthly LMA Newsletter Assist with overflow tasks (editing documents, submitting visitor requests, catering, booking offices, meeting rooms etc.) Ensure site visitor guides and maps for Pirie Street are kept up to date About you: Substantial experience in general administration in a corporate environment Experience in documentation presentation and internal communications Observant of surrounds with high standards relating to the physical presentation of work spaces Substantial experience in proactive ownership and action of tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and providing regular updates Proactive approach to the management and escalation of issues Well-presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills Understand the importance of representing the business as an ambassador for Lockheed Martin Australia Open and positive attitude with ability to manage competing priorities Confident, resilient, tenacious and flexible approach Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
