In this role your duties will include: Undertake account and portfolio reconciliations Input new leases into the lease administration system Update landlord information Audit leases and payments Reporting Liaising with various teams - leasing, facilities management, etc. Engaging with landlord regarding lease, facilities, and escalated issues The Candidate: The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of Lease Administration or Property Management experience and have: Strong financial numeracy/ excel Excellent communication skills Curtis Partnership specialises in Property, Sales, Marketing & Operations, Information Technology, Finance and Accounting recruitment.
