Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students achieve their academic goals. Support children with SLD needs throughout the school day. Requirements: A genuine passion for working with children with SEN. Strong knowledge of Autism and ADHD. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in a similar SLD role is desirable but not essential.
