About the Role: In this role, you will collaborate closely with the design team to produce planning and working drawings while coordinating with third parties to finalize reports required for council approvals. With over 120 homes designed each year, this position offers an exciting and diverse workload with minimal administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on your core design responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate building documentation at all stages of the design process, from preliminary coordination to construction drawings. Ensure designs comply with key codes and standards. Coordinate with councils, clients, certifiers, and consultants to produce consolidated and detailed documentation. Skills & Experience Required: A minimum of 4 years of residential design experience, either full-time or self-employed. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Thorough knowledge of building construction standards and regulations. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. A positive outlook and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Graphisoft ArchiCAD for the production of construction documentation.
