The Role: The OHS Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the OHS function, contributing to a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with all relevant OHS legislation and supporting the organisation's safety culture. Key Responsibilities Include: Assist with the administration of the organisation's OHS Management System (OHS MS). Maintain OHS records, including incident reports, hazard assessments, and training records. Assist with the investigation of workplace incidents, including near misses, accidents, and injuries. Assist with the administration of return-to-work programs. Assist with the preparation of OHS reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
