Our 17 convenient imaging locations across the Tweed and Gold Coast include two hospital-based sites at John Flynn and Pindara Private Hospitals as well as practices in Mackay and Toowoomba. ABOUT THE ROLE Full-time & Part-time permanent positions available . Monday to Saturday shifts- 38hours per week. Responsibilities include: Greet all patients on arrival in a courteous, professional, and sensitive manner ensuring their visit is a positive experience. Register patient and process relevant paperwork on arrival. Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear. Scheduling of appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system - Karisma Prepping Patients: Determine & inform patients of correct preparation requirements, costing estimates & rebates prior to their arrival. Manage and prioritise appointments to maximise clinic efficiencies. On patient departure, ensure patient accounts are settled. Experience in Radiology administration: or a patient facing role with an understanding of medical imaging terminology is preferred but not essential Tech Savvy: Excellent keyboard skills for data entry Communication and interpersonal skills to assist in showing our patients care, compassion, and empathy. Analytical and problem-solving skills in order to effectively optimise allocated appointment slots. Time Management: Strong multitasking skills showcasing the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at a time whilst working well under pressure.
