As one of our Senior Experience Designers, you'll lead the transformation of how members interact with our insurance products, working on meaningful projects that directly impact Australians' financial wellbeing. The role In this 12-month contract opportunity you will take ownership of designing seamless insurance experiences by leading the design of intuitive self-service insurance flows across web platforms and creating user-centred solutions for insurance configuration and management. Working across our insurance transformation program, you'll expand your design expertise by: Leading end-to-end design for large-scale financial services products Collaborating with our Insurer’s design teams, gaining exposure to global insurance platforms Developing deep expertise in designing complex financial experiences while maintaining simplicity for users Building your stakeholder management skills across multiple business units and external partners About you Are You Our Next Senior Experience Designer? Your design toolkit includes: Advanced Figma skills for creating powerful designs and interactive prototypes A knack for leading engaging workshops that bring stakeholders together The ability to work independently while fostering strong team collaboration A proactive mindset that seeks out problems before they surface Fresh perspectives on complex product requirements Your experience in financial services would be valuable, but we're more interested in your ability to design intuitive experiences for sophisticated products.
