The Workers Hubertus Country Club is located in Luddenham in Sydney’s southwest growth corridor. The Club is situated on 25 acres of land and is directly adjacent to the Badgerys Creek International Airport, Sydney’s long awaited second international facility. About the Role This role is an intergral part of the kitchen brigade, and we are seeking motivated team player to provide culinary support to our team of chefs through cooking, food preparation and assisting with cleaning duties in a fast-paced kitchen environment at Hubertus Country Club based in Luddenham off the Northern Road (15 minutes from Penrith). In this role you will be required to assist with: Food preparation Receiving food deliveries and storing goods correctly Maintain high quality food standards and following recipes Cooking, grill, pan and deep fry Cleaning and sanitising kitchen, assist with washing dishes and pots, work benches, equipment, fridges Comply with safe work procedures (PPE) Comply with Food safety standards and record keeping Knowledge of food, recipes and cooking methods Adhere with all Workers Lifestyle Group policies and procedures; and Be available to work Wednesday - Sunday, day, evening and weekend shifts as required.
