Your extensive industry experience in delivering residential maintenance solutions will initially be utilised on the tools, with the opportunity to progress into a leadership role as you help expand and grow the business and your team. You will receive close support from the business owner(s), and there is a potential buy-in opportunity for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain electrical services in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently. Maintain company assets to a high standard. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied with the work performed. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations. Skills & Experience Qualified Electrician with a current Electrical Contractor License (essential). A minimum of 5 years of professional electrical experience. White Card. Manual Driver's License preferred. Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
